Transitioning to civilian life brings about many challenges, including the struggles of alcohol and substance abuse. Patriot Farm hosts retreats for veterans and their families that provide respite, relaxation and educational opportunities through outdoor activities.
They strive to create a peaceful environment where veterans can reflect, write, paint or simply relax in nature while reconnecting with their families. Their goal remains simple; providing a supportive space that fosters healing, growth and recovery.
At Patriot Farm, they unite to create a healing environment, walking alongside veterans and their families. Their mission is to strengthen emotional bonds by fostering shared experiences and reminding veterans and their loved ones of their worth.
